RE:form Pilates and Conditioning is Thunder Bay’s newest small boutique fitness studio and is located in the Intercity area. Clients will be able to choose from private and small group classes. Limited class sizes (no greater than six participants) will ensure that every client receives personalized instruction so you can exercise safely and effectively.

About Reija


Reija

Reija has over 25 years’ experience working in the health and fitness profession. She holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology (with a specialization in Gerontology) from Lakehead University. She is a Kinesiologist registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Kinesiologists are Regulated Health Professionals. You can be assured that when you see Reija, you are receiving competent, safe and ethical services from a highly qualified and trained individual. Reija is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). CSEP is considered to be the “Gold Standard” of health and fitness professionals. By attaining this credential, Reija is considered to be amongst the most highly qualified fitness practitioners in Canada. The STOTT PILATES education method is unparalleled in the industry for its thoroughness and quality. Their training has often been called the “Ivy League” of Pilates education. Reija has spent considerable time observing and mastering proper form and sequences. She has learned how to assess students’ posture, how to adapt exercises for various body conditions, and how to customize the optimum Pilates program for each individual.
