Types of Classes


Matwork Level I and Reformer Level I
Groundwork for the essentials of STOTT PILATES, clients will master proper technique, develop true core strength and stability while improving mind-body awareness.

Matwork Level II
The next progression from Matwork Level I. Clients will learn new exercises while continuing to improve technique and proper breathing. Props such as the Fitness Circle, toning balls and bands will be introduced.

Reformer Level II
The next progression from Reformer Level I; this is a medium-to-high intensity class. Clients will improve technique and proper breathing and master sequences that are designed to increase total body strength, muscle balance and flexibility.

Matwork Level III
The next progression from Matwork Level II. This class is designed for the strong and experienced client who is looking to challenge themselves with the Intermediate repertoire. Must have completed Matwork Level II.

Reformer Level III
The next progression from Reformer Level II. A challenging and fast-paced class for the strong and experienced client who is looking to continue to build muscular endurance. As the pace is quick, this class is also considered an aerobic workout. Must have completed Reformer Level II.

Reformer for Active Aging
Specifically designed for clients 50+ who currently lead active lifestyles and are looking for a workout that is safe, effective, and good for the heart but gentle on the joints.

HIIT Express Class
A class for clients who want to take their training up a notch and challenge themselves in 30 minutes. Short bursts of heart pumping cardio along with strength training will ensure a full body workout. Open to all ages and fitness levels.

TRX Training
Using the TRX suspension trainer this class will build total body strength, balance and flexibility. Other small props may also be used in addition to the TRX to keep the class motivating and challenging. Open to all ages and fitness levels.

Total Barre
A high-energy program focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. Designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone, this class flows through sequences that specifically target the arms, legs, and core resulting in a long and lean physique. No dance experience required.

PiYo
A choreographed workout program designed by Beachbody, PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact program. You will get incredibly defined.

Stretch and Strengthen
Get the benefits of both worlds in this class. Strengthen and tone your body for the first half of the class and spend the second half stretching and relaxing.

Pilates on the Stability Ball
Want to increase your balance and strengthen your postural muscles at the same time? Then this class is for you! Learn exercises that are designed to enhance coordination so you can move with confidence.
